K12 Uplift-Ed was founded by a group of passionate educators who recognized a need for personalized support and professional development services for K-12 schools. Having worked in various roles within the education system, including as teachers, instructional coaches, and school administrators, they saw firsthand the challenges educators face in meeting the diverse needs of their students.

Inspired by their experiences, the team set out to create a business that would provide high-quality, customized support to K-12 schools across the country. They knew that by offering personalized professional development services, schools could better equip their teachers with the skills and knowledge necessary to create a supportive and engaging learning environment for their students.

With this vision in mind, K12 Uplift-Ed was born. The team worked tirelessly to create a suite of services that would meet the unique needs of K-12 schools, including curriculum design and mapping, assessment strategies, project-based learning, and teacher coaching and mentoring.
